Hokuren administrated Fudokan.
1st floor is for souvenirs including high quality Hokkaido confectionery, and ceramics.
The 2nd floor has a ceramic art gallery displaying works from Otaru, Iwamizawa, Ebestu and more, additionally, the works of other popular artists are on display.
