Moshiri Cristal Park
A facility that was built in commemoration of the fact that February 17, 1977, Moshiri (moshiri) of horokanaimachi area recorded the minus 41.2 degrees which is the coldest temperature in Japan.
In the management building of the park, the Japan Coldest Region Reaching Certificate has been issued for 100 yen.
