The inner shrine. A famous place for cherry blossoms at a hill location overlooking Otaru Port.
Climb gaijin (foreigner) slope, 123 steps to reach the grounds.
Also there's one more slope.
There's a splendid slope, known as the shusse slope which can mean the success in life slope.
