Kamishihoro Town Rail Museum

Artifacts of the Japan National Railway Shihoro Line, which was abolished in 1987, are on display at the Kamishihoro Town Rail Museum.

Uniforms and tools that were used, and signboards are actually displayed in the hall.

You can see on a large screen the view from the conductor's seat which was filmed when the railroad was running.

Outside the museum there are station signboards that were used at the time, a rail car, and more.

From July to August on Saturdays, you can have a rail car riding experience (fare required).
