It is a base of creativity, and reclamation history, providing an exhibition room, a ceramic art training room, in addition to the permanent exhibition room introducing the industry, nature and reclamation history of Obihiro & Tokachi.
In addition to the permanent exhibition room, the Ainu Culture Information Center (Riwka) has been opened, teaching about the culture and history of the Ainu Peoples.
