Mt.Tokachi Observatory

The Mount Tokachi Observatory is at an altitude of 930 meters.

It's just below Mount Tokachi in Daisetsuzan National Park.

You can very clearly see mountains such as Mount Asahi of the Daisetsuzan mountain group, Mount Biei, Biei Fuji, and Mount Kamifurano.
