Preservative Free Fresh Sea Urchin
Usual sea urchins are processed with alum as a preservative, however Unimurakami’s sea urchins are preservative free.
Uni no Chazuke
This one goes well with a good drink. A light meal of sea urchin on rice covered in a hot broth soup. The scent of sea urchin compliments the broth beautifully.
The uni-zukushi course (sea urchin of all types) offers a flavor filled experience that cannot be found elsewhere, and all items proudly use additive-free sea urchin.
