Kitamaebune Matsumae Rest Area
The view of the Tsugaru Strait can be seen from Umikaze Terrace, which is built so that it juts out into the ocean! On a clear day, you can see as far as Mount Iwaki in Aomori Prefecture on the other side of the strait.
