Shukutsu Panorama Observatory

syukuzu？syukutsu？Correctly read as Shukutsu.
Shukutsu is the western area of Otaru jutting out into the Sea of Japan.
On the cape, the lighthouse, herring palace, and aquarium appear to be rising from the sea, and the boats and ships passing in and out of the Ishikari Bay make a fitting match to the mountains visible in the distance across the bay in Ishikari.
It's a wonderful place to photograph. That would be ideal if we can have a rainbow or setting sun in the background.
