Shiretoko National Park
The easternmost national park of Japan. The Shiretoko Five Lakes surrounded in forest is a popular location. It's the habitat of the white-tailed eagle, Blakiston's fish owl, and brown bear. The ecological connection between the sea, river, and forest was evaluated and was registered as a world natural heritage site.
