A large sea of clouds which spreads over Lake Kussharo that you can view from the Tsubetsu Pass observation deck. You can enjoy 360-degree view including the Sea of Okhotsk, Shiretoko Mountains, the Daisetsuzan Mountains, Mount Oakan and Mount Meakan.
